Today was a more relaxing day exploring the beautiful little town of Niagara-On-The-Lake and a famous battlefield from the War of 1812. Niagara-On-The-Lake is a charming town full of flowers, friendly Canadians, shops and restaurants, a beautiful park and many wineries. The battlefield is now the sight of many walkways and a monument honoring Major General Sir Isaac Brock who died in the Battle of Queenston Heights.. Plus the weather today was beautiful – what a great day!
